Free To Be Me | Smurfit Kappa
1 / 3: Welcome to the LGBTQ+ & Allies Community at Smurfit Kappa

The ambitions of Smurfit Kappa's LGBTQ+ & Allies community

Our ambition is to appreciate the LGBTQ+ community and encourage everyone to bring their authentic selves to work

We want to create a global workforce where all people are equal and where EveryOne can belong and thrive regardless of their sexual orientation, gender, identity or expression.

In 2021, Smurfit Kappa joined the Declaration of Amsterdam by Workplace Pride. The Declaration is built upon 10 foundations which aim to support companies and society to create a more inclusive and safe environment for LGBTQ+ people all around the world.

On this page you will find a lot of information that can help you create a safer environment, free of biases and grounded on respect.
