Creating an efficient, attractive and sustainable e-commerce pack for Ugo’s nutritional drinks

The Challenge
Ugo, a Czech company, began with juice bars offering fresh, vitamin-rich drinks and healthy foods. Over the past decade, they expanded into retail and more recently into online sales. Ugo sought a new e-commerce pack to showcase its products attractively and maximise space efficiency, as their current packaging was wasting space during transport.

Our expert packaging designers reworked the layout, with four juice bottles neatly arranged around the tea box and a centrally placed brochure for a visually appealing presentation. This compact design minimised the pack’s footprint whilst ensuring no unnecessary air was transported.

The new corrugated packaging is not only more appealing to consumers but also uses less material and reduces transported air by 63%, resulting in significant cost savings for Ugo. Additionally, the optimised pack size has improved pallet usage by 29%, enabling Ugo to reduce CO2 emissions by 35%.
