The Challenge
Le Cellier des Dauphins, brings together 2,300 winemaking families in the southern Rhône Valley, has been packing their wines in Bag-in-Box for about 15 years. Every day they faced the issues of wine preservation, the efficiency of the oxygen management on their filling lines, like all the other winemakers. It was important for them to go further and strengthen control over the quality of their products.
