The Challenge

Au Optronics needed to find efficiencies to retain competitive advantage in a highly competitive solar panel industry. They sought a packaging solution that used local material and could meet strict performance requirements while reducing costs and improving processes.

Our Approach

Using our SupplySmart process, we carried out a scan of their supply chain to assess where efficiencies could be achieved. Our ‘Pack Expert’ and ‘Paper to Box’ tools enabled us to create an optimised packaging solution with a completely new flute profile which could be produced locally.
