Designing sustainable packaging to elevate the gift experience for a premium honey producer

The Challenge
We were approached by a premium honey producer in Lithuania with a request for a bespoke packaging solution that needed to serve a dual purpose: to be suitable for both shelf display and to act as an eye-catching gift. The brief consisted of an exclusive, sustainable design without print, that could protect and display the products and could be constructed without the use of glue.

The Approach
Our team developed an innovatively designed gift box, featuring a unique cut-out design which not only offered product visibility but also provides an attractive, aesthetic appeal for gifting and retail shelves. Thick side walls and a custom insert ensured product protection, while the use of corrugated cardboard enabled our designers to create a glue-free, easy-to-assemble box.

The Result

The final product was a visually appealing and sustainable solution that met all retail packaging requirements. Its creative cut-out design not only elevated its status as a gift, but also offered a striking appeal, whilst providing a functional and environmentally friendly solution, perfectly aligning with the customer's brief.
