The Challenge

SPLAT sought to minimise plastic usage and approached us to help develop a sustainable packaging solution for their toothbrushes. They required a pack that could serve both for transport and as a vertical display, eliminating the need for the plastic rack they were previously using.

The Approach

Working closely with SPLAT, we leveraged our experience and expertise to create several innovative solutions. We designed an insert for the SRP box that allowed the toothbrushes to stand upright. The initial design was tailored for one type of toothbrush, while the second version was revised to accommodate two different types.

The Result

SPLAT is thrilled with the final solution, which has completely eliminated plastic from their toothbrush packaging while significantly reducing overall material usage. The new design is also 30% cheaper than the plastic alternative and has a far lower environmental impact.
