Flexo Preprinted

Preprint is a flexographic print process whereby paper reels are printed before corrugating, thus achieving a high quality finish.

It is seen as a cost effective production method over other printing techniques and achieves bright, bold colours.

Preprint liner is available in up to 6 or 8 colours and we use a precise ink blending system that allows us to print any colour from a Pantone book. We offer preprint liner in the following applications:

Flood Colour
  • 100% coverage of one single colour on corrugated board

Random Repeat
  • Wall paper effect showing a logo, brand or company name.
  • Suitable for range consolidation into branded packaging

What are the technical characteristics of this product?

  • 6 colour print with colour-to-colour register as low as 0.25mm
  • 8 colour print with colour-to-colour register as low as 0.2mm
  • Pantone referencing and colour matching
  • Protective barrier coatings and special varnishes available
  • Water based inks and metallic inks available
  • No flute shadow on packaging
